 ISO/IEC 17025 (JIS Q 17025)”General Requirements for the competence of testing
 and calibration laboratories” specifies technical requirements for competence of a laboratory
 to conduct specific test/calibrations as well as the requirements for management system.
 Demonstration of technical competence includes ensuring measurement traceability
 (including the estimation of measurement uncertainty), and successful participation
 in proficiency testing programs or inter-laboratory comparison.
 An accredited laboratory has a right to issue test reports that bear the symbol mark
 of the accreditation body such as JAB symbol or logo mark.  Moreover, since JAB is a
 signatory to ILAC/MRA (Mutual Recognition Arrangement of International Laboratory
 Accreditation Cooperation), the test report issued by an accredited testing laboratory, such
 as MGSL, shall be acceptable worldwide in many cases.
