| ‘Purpose of Establishment |
| It has become essential that manufacturers of daily goods endeavor to prevent@harm@such as |
| safety of products, and consumers have knowledge about safety of various goods. |
| Based on the above background, MGSL, having the latest equipment and accumulated know-how, |
| has been contributing for the nation to lead a safe life by conducting swift and accurate tests and |
| inspection, and evaluating various goods by skilled and experienced inspectors. |

| Through tests and inspection to confirm safety of daily goods that contribute@maintenance and |
| improvement of quality and performance of them, we are achieving our goals that are: promotion |
| of daily goods distribution; improvement of consumption structure; contribution for development |
| of safe and secure family life. Furthermore MGSL aims to contribute to healthy and cultural life |
| and environmental maintenance. |
